Latest WKCD Developments

On 14 and 15 June the first Cultural Leadership Summit, sponsored by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, was held at the University of Hong Kong’s Rayson Huang Theatre. The Hon Ronald Arculli, Chairman of the Development Committee and Board Member of the Authority, was the keynote speaker during the luncheon, where he shared with some 200 participants details about the seven planning principles and the latest developments of the WKCD. He also revealed that the Conceptual Plan Options formulated by the three master planners will be exhibited during Stage 2 of the Public Engagement exercise.

The Summit was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association and the University of Hong Kong, and was attended by local and international arts experts.
