1. Please can you supply forms A - F as word documents, so we can use them as our templates for our EOI. The editable format of Forms A - F has now been uploaded to the relevant website for use. |

2. Do audio-video (AV) consulting services fall under the scope of work of the theatre planning sub-consultant? Yes. According to Clause 4 of Scope of Services - item i) The Theatre Planning Sub-consultant should provide comprehensive theatre planning consultancy services to the design consultant and the Authority for the Freespace and the CCP. The Theatre Planning Sub-consultant will also be required to provide their specialist input for all relevant theatre related systems and applications for the projects. AV is considered as part of theatre related systems. |

Item 2 Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) We interpret the second paragraph to indicate that the shortlisted theatre planning sub-consultants can potential team with two shortlisted design teams for the Freespace and two shortlisted design teams for the Centre for Contemporary Performance.
