1. Our firm is interested in pre-qualifying for the acoustical design work for the Free Space & Centre for Contemporary Performance and were wondering if having an office or presence in Hong Kong is required for the submission? As stated in Clause 7.2 (a) of the EOI documents, the applicant must be a registered company or firm and registration in either Hong Kong or in the overseas is acceptable. |
2. Under Clause 7.3.b, the EOI Submission requires 3 reference letter by clients, for projects completed in the past 5 years. By “clients”, would a reference letter from either the Owner or the Architect be acceptable? Our direct client as sub-consultants is generally the Architect. Reference letter from an architect who is the main consultant for the project is acceptable. |

3. For “projects completed in the past 5 years”, would we be able to submit reference letters for projects that have completed the design phase, but currently in construction (soon to be complete)? The projects referred to in the reference letters should be completed projects. |
