The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) Authority will hold its fifth meeting on 28 June (next Monday) at 9:30 am.
The agenda item is “Proposed Arrangements for the Stage 2 Public Engagement Exercise for the Conceptual Plan Options for West Kowloon Cultural District”.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at Room 1501-02, 15/F, Hong Kong Club Building, 3A Chater Road, Central.
Members of the public interested in attending the meeting are advised to make advance booking of seats before 5 pm, 25 June (Friday) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel on 2895 0127 during office hours (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except public holiday). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for booking. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive before 9:45am on that day; otherwise they will be considered forfeiting their reservations.
The agenda and discussion papers of the meeting will be uploaded to the website of the WKCD Authority (www.wkcda.hk) on 26 June and will be made available to the public at the meeting. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
