Fourth Meeting of Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority to be Held on 7 April

The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) Authority will hold its fourth meeting on 7 April (next Wednesday) at 2:30 pm.

The agenda item is “Report on the Analysis of Views for the Stage 1 Public Engagement Exercise for the West Kowloon Cultural District - submitted by the Public Policy Research Institute of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University”.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at the Conference Room, Hong Kong Arts Development Council, 14/F, East Warwick House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Hong Kong

Members of the public interested in attending the meeting are advised to make advance booking of seats before 11 am, 7 April (Wednesday) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel on 2895 0127 during office hours (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except public holiday). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for booking. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive before 2:45pm on that day; otherwise they will be considered forfeiting their reservations.

The agenda and discussion papers of the meeting will be uploaded to the website of the WKCD Authority (www.wkcda.hk) on 31 March and will be made available to the public at the meeting. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
