The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) Authority will hold its third meeting at 2:15 pm, next Thursday (3 Dec).
The agenda item includes "Update on the Stage 1 Public Engagement Exercise".
The meeting, open to the public, will be held at Cliftons Conference Centre, Level 33, 9 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
Members of the public interested in attending the meeting are advised to make advance booking of seats before 6 pm, 2 Dec (Wednesday) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel on 2895 0127 during office hours (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday). To facilitate booking arrangements, members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive not later than 2:30pm on that day, otherwise they will be considered forfeiting their seats.
The agenda and discussion papers of the meeting will be uploaded to the website of the WKCD Authority later today and will be made available to the public at the meeting. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
