Following is the personal media statement of Mr Angus Cheng:
"I am very honoured to have had the opportunity to work for the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA). However, I regret that because of personal reasons, I tendered my resignation yesterday (June 16).
"I would like to thank the Board and colleagues of the WKCDA and the Home Affairs Bureau for their support. I wish the WKCD project every success."
