Supplementary rules & conditions: Without prejudice to the WKCDA's right not to adopt the Winning Design or any design, and on a no commitment basis, the proposal of SECOND Prize winning participant may be considered to be adopted for development and implementation if the FIRST PRIZE winning participant cannot or does not wish to carry out the development and implementation of the Pavilion design due to any unforeseen reasons.
