Mr Clement CHAN Kam-wing
Mr Chan is Managing Director of BDO Limited. He is a Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has actively participated in standards setting and governance activities of the Institute. In addition, he is the Chairman of Financial Reporting Standards Committee and Regulatory Reform Working Group. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Registration and Practising Committee. Mr Chan has also actively served in a number of public interest bodies. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr Fung Ying-wai, Wilson
Mr Fung is the Group Financial Controller of Jardine Matheson Limited and a Past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has extensive experience in serving the community. He is the Chairman of the Accounting Advisory Board, School of Business, The University of Hong Kong; a Convenor of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the Financial Reporting Council and a Member of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Review Tribunal and the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education Business Studies Advisory Board. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Hong Kong Dance Company. Mr Fung is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr William LO Chi-chung
Mr William Lo is Executive Director, Finance of the Airport Authority Hong Kong. He is an accountant by training and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Hong Kong Institute of Directors and Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Mr Lo is also a member of the Professional Accountants in Business Leadership Panel of the HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Finance Committee of the Scout Association of Hong Kong and the Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering Department Advisory Committee of the University of Hong Kong. He is the Chairman of the Association of Christian Accountants Limited.
